Tax forms

The library now has federal tax forms (1040, 1040A, 1040 EZ).
However the state of Rhode Island is not sending any tax forms this year.

You may:

- Print RI tax forms from the taxation web site http://www.tax.ri.gov/taxforms

- Make a photocopy from a book of forms at the Weaver Library Information Desk

- Call the Division of Taxation at 401-574-8970 to have forms mailed to you
